When I was a very young girl of about 6 years old, I received my very own first bar of soap in my Christmas stocking. It was a cute little puppy holding a little red heart. He had such a wonderful smell...I didn't know what the smell was, but I thought it was heavenly and found the soap too cute to use. Instead I tucked it away somewhere special and now, 25 years later, I still have that piece of soap! I have always loved soaps and lotions and things that smell good.
About 5 years ago I attended a party where we learned how to make soap. I enjoyed it so much and since then I have made a lot of soaps for gift giving. I always love seeing the reaction of the receiver of these soapy gifts. In 2008 I was asked to sell my soaps in a craft boutique and that is where my business began.
